Place frozen gyozas in non-stick frying pan on high heat for approximately
2 minutes, until the base of the gyoza is lightly browned.
Turn stove down to medium heat, add 175ml cold water to frying pan and immediately put lid on frying pan.
Steam gyozas for 8 minutes (7 minutes if cooking from chilled).
Remove lid after 8 minutes (7 minutes if cooked from chilled) and gently loosen any gyozas which have stuck to the frying pan.
Gently fry base of gyozas in the same pan and any juices for just one minute to crisp and brown.
Serve gyozas with shredded white cabbage and KIBOUkitchen gyoza sauce.
